tvg TO OPEN NEW LOS ANGELES VENUE
PACIFIC ELECTRIC THIS FALL

750-CAP ROOM BUILT FOR BREAK-OUT MOMENTS TO HOST FULL SPECTRUM OF CONCERTS, CLUB NIGHTS AND CULTURAL EVENTS

April 2, 2025—Forward-thinking global entertainment group tvg will open Pacific Electric, a new venue in Los Angeles, this fall 2025. Construction on the space, nestled in the historic Naud Warehouse where Mission Junction meets Chinatown, is underway.

The 750-capacity Pacific Electric will offer unparalleled hospitality while blending industrial character with impeccable sound and sightlines. Fans and artists alike will enjoy a state-of-the-art audio system for flawless acoustics and dynamic lighting that enhances performances with immersive visuals, all alongside a bar and beverage program crafted with the concertgoer in mind.

With a name that pays homage to the company that operated the infamous Los Angeles “Red Cars,” Pacific Electric will similarly be a catalyst for connectivity, entertainment and leisure. The venue’s programming will be universal, including concerts from all genres, underplays, club nights and more, programmed in partnership with independent promoters. A focus on community engagement, cultural events and local talent and partnerships will be a central tenet of the space, aiming to create a destination that celebrates Los Angeles.

“It’s our hope that Pacific Electric will play host to seminal, life-changing moments for fans and musicians alike,” says Ben Lovett, tvg founder. “Whether it’s catching an act on the cusp of their breakout or getting the privilege to see an artist play in an intimate setting they’ve long outgrown.”

Lovett’s passion for live entertainment comes from a lifetime immersed in music and a career in one of the most successful bands of our era as a member of Mumford & Sons. In founding tvg, Lovett set out to devise a new kind of third space, one with both marquee music experiences and exceptional food and beverage at its core, providing a more sustainable model for hospitality. Since its inception in 2016, tvg has gone on to become a force in the live entertainment world, opening world-class, award-winning venues in the U.S. and U.K.

Stacey Levine, a driving force behind Los Angeles live entertainment, will serve as Senior General Manager of Pacific Electric. Levine's experience includes leading The Theatre at Ace Hotel, The Wiltern, and the reopening of the Hollywood Palladium. Levine will oversee property-wide operations in partnership with tvg leadership.

"I got into this business for the love of live music-the energy, the anticipation, and the connection between fans and artists; all feeling a song together, in their own way," says Levine. "The collaboration to create an unforgettable show is what drives me, and that's exactly the experience we're building at Pacific Electric. I couldn't be more excited to open our doors and continue to contribute to L.A.'s vibrant music community."
