Brooklyn-based independent label Fool’s Gold—founded by A-Trak and Nick Catchdubs—is New York’s loudest: bridging musical worlds and pushing a fun, forward thinking aesthetic since 2007. Fool’s Gold’s annual Day Off series has become one of the world’s premier hip-hop festivals, a place where the entire creative community gathers as new stars are minted, featuring groundbreaking early performances and live debuts from the likes of ASAP Rocky, Migos, Flatbush Zombies, Travis Scott and many more. From humble beginnings as a free party in a Soho parking lot to raucous, sold-out events around the country, Fool’s Gold’s boutique festival built its reputation by giving early looks to rising rap stars year after year, combined with carefully curated lineups, adventurous DJ sets and surprise throwbacks.
